Black Ground Glaze Floral Vase, Famille Noir Vase

A large black ground floral vase depicting many flowers and birds. There is some visible soiling on the outside and inside the neck opening. The flowers are in shades of yellow, green, orange, white and gray. There is a red Chinese character on the base. There are a few small pit spots from firing, otherwise the vase is in very good condition. Size: 43 x 22 cm (16 7/8 x 8 5/8"). Date of manufacture unknown.
